Returning Students Enrollment

Returning student registration starts in January.

Enrollment is a 6 Step Process

Step 1: Schedule a Campus Tour (optional)

Select a time slot from Tuesday to Friday at 9:00am, 10:00am, or 11:00am. Schedule your tour [here](Link to scheduling page). A notification of your scheduled tour will be sent to PHA.

Step 2: Review the Registration Documents

Please review our FAQ Sheet and Financial Information before proceeding.

Step 3: Complete the Interest Form

For Elementary students, complete the form here.

For Middle and High School students, complete the form here.

Step 4: Make Registration Payments

Payments can be made through your JupiterEd account.

Step 5: Schedule Entrance Exam

Select a time slot from Monday to Friday at 9:00am or 1:00pm. Schedule your exam [here](Link to scheduling page). A notification of your scheduled exam will be sent to [email protected].

Step 6: Sign Up for Scholarships

Sign up for scholarships through Step Up For Students here.

Refer a Friend

Refer a friend and receive a $50.00 referral fee, after the student has been enrolled for 90 days. Payments may be in the form of credit towards an account or check.

The first day of school is Wednesday, August 9, 2023.

School hours are as follows:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
    • Middle and High School: 7:30 am – 2:30 pm
    • Elementary School: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • Wednesday
    • Middle and High School: 7:30 am – 1:30 pm
    • Elementary School: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

We use Abeka and Bob Jones curriculum. Middle and High School students interact with the BJU curriculum through Textbook Hub online. Students rent a school-owned device to access this curriculum on campus and at home.

Yes. We are accredited through A.C.T.S. (Association of Christian Teachers and Schools). Our teachers are also certified through the accreditation organization.

Yes, we provide hot lunch for the children, which is prepared onsite. Through the teacher’s discretion only, students may bring a snack. Breakfast is served from 7:00 – 7:25 for Highschool and 7:30 – 7:55 for Elementary.

In the case of students with IEPs and 504 Plans, we can accommodate students who are suited for a traditional classroom setting with limited accommodations. Currently, we do not have the resources to evaluate or re-evaluate IEPs or 504 Plans. We can refer you to Non-Public Services for these services. PHA does not offer ESOL or other language learner programs. Our school is 100% English regarding curriculum and instruction.
